At folio café, we’re in pursuit of quality and comfort. We want our customers to enjoy artisan espresso, gourmet tea, small bites, and delicious gelato while relaxing in comfortable seating and gazing out at CMU’s beautiful campus. We are passionate about fairly traded beans and locally sourced food.

We’re looking for friendly, engaging, customer service minded staff. Intense training on precision espresso based drinks will be provided. We offer promising positions with opportunity for development, individual responsibility, and the potential for increased responsibility as a shift supervisor.
